Wild at Heart Foundation is a UK registered charity (#1161695). These terms and conditions have been made in accordance with UK legislation and regulations.
In these terms the following terminology applies. Any reference made to ‘Wild at Heart Foundation’, ‘WAHF’, ‘Wild at Heart’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ means Wild at Heart Foundation, whose registered office is at Wild at Heart Foundation, 52 Linford Street, London SW8 4UN, and Charity Registration Number 1161695 (England and Wales). Any reference to ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘user’, ‘donor’, ‘customer’ means the person visiting our website and hereby accepts our terms and conditions. Any reference to ‘shop’ means our online shop accessed via www.wildatheartfoundation.org.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Unless otherwise specified by a dedicated campaign or mission, we will use your donation at our discretion, while ensuring it aligns with our stated charitable objectives and mission. If a donation is made through a specific campaign checkout form for a designated cause, we will honour the donor’s intent for restricted purposes and ensure that your donation is directed to the intended cause. For general donations or where no specific intent is indicated, we will allocate your donation to the area of greatest need.
Donation Payments
All payments through the website are to be made by payment card, or via PayPal, as per the selection of the donor. We also accept donations by cheque and bank transfer.
Your Data
Before we can process your donation, you must provide us with (i) your name and email address, and (ii) the details of the credit or debit card you wish to use for the donation. We will use this information solely for processing your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate. Your payment details will be securely processed by the payment provider you select at checkout: Stripe (for card payments) or PayPal. Both systems employ the highest standards of payment processing security and are fully PCI compliant. Please note that your payment information will not be stored on Wild at Heart Foundation website but will instead be securely handled by these third-party providers to ensure the safety and security of your data.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and will honour any requests to remain anonymous. In the case of anonymous donations, Wild at Heart Foundation will limit access to donor information solely to those staff members who have a legitimate need to know.
We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Gift Aid
By donating to us through our website and confirming that you are a UK taxpayer in accordance with the Gift Aid scheme, you authorise us to reclaim 25p for every £1 you donate from the UK government. It is your responsibility to determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for Gift Aid. If you are unsure about your eligibility or the potential tax implications of your donation, we strongly advise you to seek guidance from a financial advisor or directly consult HMRC. Unauthorised Card Use
Should you become aware of any fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must inform your card provider immediately.
Refund Policy
If you believe you have made an error in your donation, please contact us promptly at info@wildatheartfoundation.org, and we will make every effort to process a refund where possible. Kindly provide the donation transaction number along with a brief description of the issue. While the charity is not legally obligated to return a donation, we are committed to reimbursing donations made in error or where there is a moral obligation to do so. Please be aware that any requests for refunds may be subject to review by our board of trustees and/or the Charity Commission.
Regular Donations
These Terms and Conditions also apply to any subsequent donations made through the website if you have set up a recurring donation. By setting up a regular donation, you are scheduling a series of payments to be processed on the date of the month you select, until further notice. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each donation in that series.
By confirming your intention to make a regular donation, you authorise your chosen payment service provider (Stripe or PayPal) to request payments from your credit or debit card on the designated date each month. To cancel your regular donation, please refer to your original donation receipt or contact us at info@wildatheartfoundation.org for assistance.
General
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
