We’re incredibly lucky to be supported by some truly inspirational individuals, brands and organisations, without whose support we wouldn’t be where we are today. We’re honoured to have their backing as we continue on our vast but essential mission to rescue and care for thousands more stray dogs around the world.
We are delighted to introduce our incredible Wild at Heart Foundation Champion. Ferran Torres will work together to make the world a better and safer place for all street dogs. As a Champion for the Foundation, the footballer will contribute to raising awareness and working towards the rescue of stray and abandoned dogs in the face of the rising tide of cruelty, abuse and neglect.
We’re honoured to include a host of wonderful people within the Wild at Heart Foundation family. All of our ambassadors share one crucial characteristic – a passion for dogs, and a commitment to changing the lives of those in need. Thanks to their support and dedication, they help spread the message of our work to thousands more people, and have lent their time, passion, and expertise to help us raise much needed funds.
A long time supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation, David (and his rescue dog Dora!) are incredible ambassadors for the joy of giving a loving home to a dog who needs it most.
Thanks to their 2018 Christmas campaign which saw Dora visiting her favourite friends around London (including, of course, Nikki and her dogs!), David raised vital funds for the charity which helped support the rehoming of hundreds more dogs from shelters around the world.
David continues to show his support wherever he can from fundraising to awareness campaigns, and we’re so be able to to call him a member of the Wild at Heart Foundation family.
Pixie has been a supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation since its conception, accompanying us on our first project trip to Lesvos in 2016 where she met with our partner shelter and helped promote the stray dogs in residence, helping us to find them their perfect forever homes.
In 2019, she joined us in Puerto Rico where she volunteered for six gruelling days. From pulling vaccines and administering worming and flea treatments, to taking temperatures and clipping toe nails, Pixie rolled up her sleeves and proved herself a truly invaluable addition to the Wild at Heart Foundation Recovery team.
Whether it’s DJing at our fundraisers, raising funds through fabulous events, or modelling our Wild at Heart Foundation clothing, Pixie’s generosity and commitment to Wild at Heart Foundation’s mission is truly humbling; we’re honoured to have her support.
Karen first became involved with Wild at Heart Foundation when she adopted beautiful Betty from Bosnia back in 2016. Little did she know that Betty would only be the start of a growing furry family! Betty was joined by Marley from Lesvos in 2018, and a third WAHF dog joined the crew in 2019 – beautiful three-legged wonder, Phoebe from Athens – you can follow their adventures on @adventuresofbettymarleyphoebe!
Karen’s commitment to rehoming dogs in need is unparalleled, and she continues to support the charity whenever and wherever she can. We’re truly honoured to have her on board, and couldn’t be happier that three of our dogs have found such a happy home to call their own.
Lee and Yolande are long time supporters of Wild at Heart Foundation, adopting Ziggy and Heart back in 2017. These beautiful dogs have been shown the kind of love and care that many rescue dogs can only dream off, and Lee and Yolande are dedicated to helping thousands more like them to experience the compassion they deserve.
Both Lee and Yolande have extended their support for the Foundation through a number of fundraising events, and we’re so grateful for the generosity and dedication they’ve shown over the years.
Jasmine is not only a wonderful chef, she’s also a huge dog lover! Alongside her beautiful dogs Julie, Arjuna & Bheema, Jasmine supports the charity wherever and however she can.
Estee has been an amazing supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation from the charity’s earliest days, helping spread awareness to new audiences, and supporting our fundraising efforts through the creation of our limited range of ‘Reggie’ sweatshirts, inspired by her beautiful dog who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Estee will soon be adopting her very own Wild at Heart Foundation dog, and is looking forward to joining the WAHF family as adopters, as well as accompanying us on our forthcoming project trips. We’re so very grateful for her ongoing support, and all she does to promote the joy of rescue.
DJ, broadcaster, and all round supporter of the Foundation, Pips lends her support however she can, starring on Nikki’s podcast ‘Dog Bless You‘ – and even modelling our newest merchandise designs, in the snow no less!
Thank you for your support Pips!
DJ Fat Tony and his rescue dog Tailor believe in dog! As a longtime supporter of the charity, he lends his support however he can, including DJing at our events – something our guests always appreciate.
Thank you DJ Fat Tony for your support!
You might know Maggie the Wunderdog as the superstar she is today through her inspirational Instagram account. You may even have had the pleasure of meeting her at one of our events or fundraisers. But when we first met Maggie (then called Angie), she was almost unrecognisable as the dog she is today.
Maggie was the first dog we rescued from Lebanon back in 2018, where she’d been found on the streets, chained to a box, and suffering from multiple gun shot wounds to the eyes, face, and body. Blind, vulnerable and terrified, she urgently needed help and we were only too happy to provide it. Thanks to the support of our community, we raised the funds to fly Maggie to the UK where the wonderful Kasey was waiting to foster her; but it soon became clear that this special little girl was going to be impossible to say goodbye to!
Kasey adopted Maggie officially at the end of 2018, and has been helping her live her very best life ever since. In fact, Maggie has gone on to appear on This Morning and The One Show, as well as featuring in multiple global news articles and making some 250,000 new friends online through her Instagram account. She shows the world just how inspiring, resilient and full of joy rescue dogs can be if only they’re shown a little compassion, and defies expectations wherever she goes.
Maggie and Kasey represent everything we stand for as a charity: bravery, happiness, open-mindedness and unwavering compassion. We are honoured to have their support, and couldn’t be happier to have them on board as Wild at Heart Foundation ambassadors.
As a Wild at Heart Foundation adopter, Leah knows first-hand just how rewarding the experience of rescuing a dog is for both dog and human. She is passionate about encouraging people to consider adopting over buying designer breeds, and is hugely supportive of the charity’s work and mission.
Sharleen is a strong believer of all things dog, and a dedicated supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation. From lending her support at events and fundraisers, to spreading the message of who we are and what we do on social (and to all her friends!), Sharleen’s commitment to the charity is truly wonderful.
Meg believes in dog: her gorgeous dog Ziggy is a huge part of her life, and she’s delighted to lend her support for Wild at Heart Foundation and help spread the message of the global stray problem. We’re so grateful to have her on board.
Kate is one of the country’s best-known dog lovers, having recently published ‘Lost Dog’, the incredible tale of the bond between Kate and her rescue dog, Wolfie.
Kate has shown her support for the Foundation however and wherever she can. From hosting events and book-readings to support our fundraising efforts, to raising awareness of rescue dogs and their global plight in her nationally published writing, we’re so grateful for her compassionate commitment to helping still more dogs in need.
Photographer Richard Phibbs made international news when he released his stunning collection focusing on the beauty of rescue dogs. The perfect voice for Wild at Heart Foundation, we’re honoured that Richard is an ambassador for dogs in need all over the world.
Richard has donated multiple pieces of truly stunning artwork to our annual arts fundraiser, One Night Only, and is an active supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation.
Best known for her beautiful blog, The Londoner, Rosie is a long time supporter of the charity, and a brilliant advocate for rescue dogs. Rosie is a passionate supporter of our work and helps us spread the message of our work both online via her blog and social media, and in person.
As the creator of not one but two incredible blogs on all things style – @shegoeswear and @shegoeshome – there’s no doubt that Dorothy has impeccable taste. So it’s no surprise that Dorothy also has the perfect taste in dogs! (Not that we’re biased of course…)
Dorothy is the proud adopter of three beautiful rescue dogs: Bailey, Bella and Betsy, who since leaving the shelter in Cyprus and Romania behind them are now living their best lives here in the UK.
Not only has Dorothy changed the lives of all three of her rescue girls, she’s also a big supporter of the charity and helps spread the #adoptdontshop message and support our mission wherever she can. We’re so pleased to call her part of the WAHF family.

A lifelong dog-lover, Lord James Palumbo has been a supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation since it’s earliest days. When he himself was in the process of setting up a dog rescue shelter, we were delighted to offer advice and support and have been partnering with the incredible Bon Jardin shelter in Northern Thailand ever since.
We are delighted to host our annual arts fundraiser, One Night Only, in collaboration with Bon Jardin, and are so grateful to Lord Palumbo for the support her provides to help make the event a success.
We’re delighted to work alongside James and the team at Bon Jardin, and look forward to what we’re sure will be many more exciting collaborations and campaigns in the years to come.
Andrea is not only one of the charity’s best loved friends, he is also one of our most fervent supporters having advocated for Wild at Heart Foundation when it was still just a dream in Nikki’s mind! His support has been unwavering, and we’re so grateful for everything he’s done for the charity, be it supporting events and fundraisers, or helping us develop new corporate partnerships.

Having a firsthand insight into the work we do through three very special dogs, David is very proud to be part of the Wild at Heart Foundation family, and we are very proud to have him and his continued support too.
In his own words, “Wild at Heart Foundation has brought so much happiness into my own life through three dogs who have helped me see life differently. However, it’s also the impact I’ve seen WAHF have on so many others whose lives have been enriched by our furry friends.”
A long time supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation, Hannah offers her incredible PR expertise to the charity and has helped us spread the word of who we are and what we do by securing coverage in a number of national papers, magazines and news channels. A dog-lover herself (Hannah has two dogs, including WAHF dog, Minnie!), she goes above and beyond in her efforts to extend the charity’s reach and engage new audiences.
We’re so grateful to Hannah for all that she’s done for us over the years, and catch up meetings over a cup of coffee continue to be one of our favourite ways to spend a morning!
Not only is Collette is a musician, actor and proud ambassador for Wild At Heart Foundation, she is also an advocate of animal welfare and rescue. We’re honoured to have her support on our mission to end the suffering of stray dogs all over the world.
Ross McCall is an actor, a writer, and a producer. With over thirty years experience in both the U.S. and Europe, McCall has worked with some of the finest in the entertainment industry.
Being a big believer in all things dog, we are proud to have Ross on board as an Ambassador.
“Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you” – Misty Copeland
We wouldn’t be the charity we are today with the help, support, and generosity of a whole army of wonderful people. There are hundreds who have helped us grow, and we thank every single person who has contributed to our journey in any way, however small or large.
We’d like to thank the following people for giving up their time and talent so genuinely, so willingly, (and so regularly!)
PAAW House is an amazing new service for dog owners all over the country – particularly those living in cities. They advocate for more reasonable laws and motions regarding dog ownership for people who rent (alongside many other wonderful causes!) and offer an incredible membership and subscription service for dogs in the know.
In 2019, they hosted their launch in support of Wild at Heart Foundation, raising over £500! They continue to extend their generosity by donating a percentage of their annual profits, as well as promoting and fundraising wherever they can. In total PAAW House has donated over £26,000 to Wild at Heart Foundation…and this number keeps increasing.
Thank you PAAW House for your incredible support!

DJ Nikki Beatnik is a long time supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation, and lends her effortlessly cool ear to a number of our events and fundraisers. Performing the perfect set to get guests in a happy (and giving!) mood, Nikki is an invaluable member of the WAHF family and we’re lucky to have her support.
Dog lover, photographer, and all round Wild at Heart enthusiast Mindy is an incredible talent, and someone that we’re delighted to call a friends of the charity. She’s always willing to shoot truly beautiful photography of our dogs and projects, and we’re so grateful to be able to use these across our website and marketing materials.
Rebecca and Mike from The Country Dog Hotel first approached us in 2018 wanting to help and we’re so glad they did! Whether it’s volunteering at our events (Mike’s raffle ticket selling skills are something to behold!) or spreading the word to their customers and clients, TCDH are always willing do whatever they can to support Wild at Heart Foundation.
In fact, in October 2019, Mike took his commitment to the cause one step further – literally! – and ran a half marathon ro raise funds for stray dogs in need, raising a whopping £1,000! We’re so grateful to have the support of this dynamic duo.
Kayte’s phenomenal pet portraits are a thing to behold – she has a gift of capturing a dog’s entire personality in just one photo! Kayte has been a longtime supporter of Wild at Heart Foundation, accompanying us on project trips where her coverage of our shelter and dogs have helped to truly capture the heart of the project, as well as shooting a number of stunning photographs for this very website. Thank you Kayte for all your help and support!
Artist and designer Simeon Farrar is not only a very great friend of the charity, he is also the creative froce behind so much of the Wild at Heart Foundation brand! Simeon lends his artistic talents to support us in any way he can – from designing and hand-printing our incredible range of merchandise (including fabulous limited editions that, inevitably, fly off the shelves!), to styling the logo, strapline and website adornments that accompany our brilliant new branding.
We’re incredibly grateful for Simeon’s ongoing support – he’s always patient (even when we throw crazy production deadlines his way!) and his constant stream of fresh and innovative designs are a much cherished part of our Wild at Heart Foundation offering.
Our own lovely Sofia! Sofia was an irreplaceable part of the Wild at Heart Foundation team, and it wouldn’t be the charity it is today without her hard work, passion, determination, and inspiring vision for the future. In the four years she worked for us, Sofia transformed our projects programme, as well as providing vital operations and managerial support.
Sofia was an integral part of getting our Puerto Rico project off the ground. She helped organise and run the very first high-volume sterilisation clinic on the island, an initiative so successful it is now supported by Humane Society US and rolled out three times a year across multiple locations on the island. In fact, it is now the largest, most effective campaign of its kind in the world!
Whilst Sofia no longer works for the charity (she left in 2019 to pursue an exciting new chapter in her life!) she remains at the heart of our family. We’re so very lucky to have had her on board for so long, and are grateful for her continued support, love and all round superstardom!
Aidan is quite simply one of the most talented photographers we’ve ever met. His skill for capturing the emotion of a moment is utterly breathtaking, and we’re so honoured to call him a friend of Wild at Heart.
Aidan is always willing to lend his expertise to help the Foundation in whatever way he can – from merchandise shoots, to project trips, where his coverage helps us to powerfully document the harsh but moving reality of the situation overseas. Aidan has joined us on our project trips to Lesvos, Puerto Rico and Lebanon, and we can’t wait to see where he’ll accompany us next!

“Dogs aren’t just my favourite animals, they are my life. They are the most divine company, so affectionate and most of all I find them so wonderful to observe!” – Manolo Blahnik
When the team at Manolo Blahnik reached out to us to see how they could help support our mission to change the lives of thousands of dogs around the world, it was an honour to accept! Together, we’re on a mission to make the world a kinder place.
Alongside the incredible mental health charity, Mental Health Foundation, we’re working with the Manolo Blahnik team on a long-term, impactful education campaign to shine a light on the incredible ways dogs support our mental well-being. We have so much to learn from dogs, rescue dogs in particular. Dogs teach us vital life lessons about love and loss, friendship and empathy, respect and responsibility, and so much more. We think you’ll agree that these are incredibly valuable lessons for children around the world to take into their adult lives, to equip them to be more compassionate people – kinder to themselves, and to the world around them.
We’re so honoured to share this ethos with the Manolo Blahnik team, and know that together we can bring about truly lasting and life-changing transformations for thousands of dogs who need it most.

Tails generously provide food for all our foster dogs, ensuring that they can enjoy tasty and nutritious food while they transition from shelter to home.
What’s more, Tails also provided the tailor-made meals that our Salukis needed when they were first rescued from Bahrain – after everything these poor pups had been through, having high-quality food provided throughout the duration of their foster means they can final enjoy some (delicious!) consistency in a life that – until now – has been vastly confusing and cruel.
Thank you Tails for your ongoing support!

As a voice for rescue dogs the world over, Wunderdog Magazine aim is to make rescue the world’s favourite breed by showcasing the work of rescue organisations and their people as well as the wonderful experiences that life with a rescue dog in the home can open up for adopters.
Wunderdog Magazine also donates a very generous 20% of their sales to Wild at Heart Foundation. We’re so grateful to have their ongoing support.
