Reef and his mum Magnolia, were found together sheltering at the back of a hotel. They were both in good health and were taken in to the safety of our partner shelter nearby, where they are each now awaiting a forever home in the UK.

Reef is a cheerful puppy who takes after his mum by always being a happy & friendly chap and having a big wag in his tail! He is very sociable with other dogs and people, he especially loves a big cuddle and tummy rub from the shelter volunteers when they come to visit. Given his friendly nature, we can consider homes with a resident dog as we are sure Reef will enjoy an extra playmate but do bear in mind that Reef is likely to be a larger dog when fully grown, so extra space in the home & a confident, accepting playmate would be appreciated!

Another of Reef’s favourite things is a tasty snack! He goes crazy for a tasty snack to gobble up and would eat all day if he could! He is a clever boy and is learning some basic lead training at the shelter but we’re sure that Reef will be really eager to learn a whole host of tricks once he’s settled into his new home… especially if it means there’s more treats up for grabs!

Like most young pups, Reef is keen for adventure and is very curious about his surroundings. He also has lots of playful energy that he will need lots of outlets for in his new home. We hope to find him a family that are keen to take him on lots of engaging walks where he can run around and let off some steam, as well as lots of playtime at home of course!

Reef hasn’t been tested with cats or children so we will be assessing his suitability on a case by case basis.

Please note, Reef won’t be travelling until at least the end of May. As a result, it may take us longer to reply to applications, as we need to prioritise those arriving sooner – thank you for your patience, and rest assured we’ll be in touch to discuss your interest in Reef as soon as possible!
