Ostria, along with her siblings were found in a rubbish bin. Having been abandoned in such awful circumstances and with little chance of being discovered, we are so pleased that Ostria is now safely awaiting her forever home at our partner shelter in Lesvos.

This lovely girl has grown up along side her very energetic brothers and tends to take the more relaxed role out of the siblings. She is quite happy ambling along at her own pace and prefers a more gentle approach to life. Ostria is a very sweet natured girl and she loves to take up residency on any empty laps that are not being hogged by her brothers! She is still keen to get involved at playtime but mostly a warm, cosy cuddle is Ostria’s happy place!

Ostria loves her snacks so she will certainly be keen to please for a tasty treat or two. Adopters who are willing to put the time into some puppy training and encouraging Ostria would be ideal. She also gets along well with cats and other dogs; although slightly bigger dogs can make her a little wary at first. Somewhere Ostria can relax at the end of the day within your arms, will be a welcomed safe haven for this little princess!

As Ostria has not yet been tested with children, we will be watching how she develops and reviewing applications on a case by case basis.

Please note, Ostria and her siblings will not be ready to travel until at least December. Due to current restrictions, it could also be likely that travel may not be possible until the new year. With this in mind, please do bear with us as we work through applications for those dogs that are travelling sooner. Thank you for your patience and rest assured – we will be in touch to discuss your interest in Ostria as soon as possible!
