Button and his siblings were found in an abandoned house with their mother, not long after she had given birth. Thankfully the owner of our partner shelter in Romania took the family in to the warmth and helped nurture the very young pups. The siblings have been cared for at a foster home and are now eager to find their perfect forever homes in the UK.

Button is a sweet soul and is just finding his place in the big world. He is the most nervous out of his siblings and can be quite wary around new people. He tends to take a littler longer than his siblings to feel comfortable, but once you have him on side he begins to blossom and settles in for a big reassuring cuddle. Button will need experienced owners who will be confident when helping him to feel at ease in his new home and will be committed to giving him all the patience he requires. Button and his siblings were all born with different size tails. Button’s tail is slightly shorter but this doesn’t affect him at all, in fact it’s very cute and unique!

Button will settle best in a quiet, rural home as he can find loud noises very unsettling. We will be looking for homes in rural areas, where Button can relax at his own pace and doesn’t have to worry about any triggering or unsettling urban sounds. Button has had socialisation with children, but given his nature we will only be considering families with older, dog savvy children that are sensible around young dogs.

Button could also be suited to a home with a calm, friendly, older dog who can help guide the way and bring out his confidence. However, he will need slow and calm introductions to any resident & other dogs, as he can sometimes be a little wary if they are much bigger than him. Once Button has got used to his surroundings, we are sure he will release his fun, playful side! Lots of toys and treats are the way to his heart and he will really benefit from bonding with his adopters over some puppy training sessions. We have no doubt that Button will relish being spoiled and loved by a family who are dedicated to helping him shine!

Button has not been tested with cats so we will be watching how his personality develops and considering homes on a case by case basis.

Please note, Button won’t be able to travel until at least mid March. As a result, it may take us longer to reply to applications, as we need to prioritise those arriving sooner – thank you for your patience, and rest assured we’ll be in touch to discuss your interest in Button as soon as possible!
